Bummerville is the name Savannah’s Daniel Brady Lynch gives to his raw and rambunctious rock ‘n’ roll outfit. The lo-fi project’s self-titled debut album will be released on January 26th via Graveface Records.
The ever-active Lynch – who’s also headed the more electronic-oriented Sunglow and drummed for Crazy Bag Lady and The Toxic Shock, among other musical pursuits in Savannah – will sing, play guitar and bang on a synth for Bummerville’s upcoming East Coast tour. Accompanying him in the live lineup will be his brother Derek Lynch on bass, Joshua Sterno on rhythm guitar and Jonathan Graham on drums. The group will play Atlanta’s 529 on Thursday, Jan. 25th and a hometown record release shindig at The Jinx in Savannah on Friday, Jan. 26th.
