Atlanta’s annual Music Midtown festival has announced the lineup for this year’s event. The Killers, Twenty One Pilots, Beck and Deadmau5 are topline headliners for the two-day festival, taking place Saturday, September 17th and Sunday September 18th in Piedmont Park.
Alabama Shakes, G-Eazy, The Lumineers, Band of Horses, Kesha, CHVRCHES, Leon Bridges and Melanie Martinez are among other big names included in the lineup, which also features several Atlanta artists: rap acts ColleGrove (the collaboration between Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz), Big Boi and Raury, rambunctious indie girls The Coathangers and Nashville-by-way-of-Atlanta boys The Shadowboxers.
For the first time since Live Nation started holding the festival in Piedmont Park, this year’s Music Midtown is a full two days, instead of a half-day on Fridays and full day on Saturdays. For tickets, including VIP packages, and more information, go to musicmidtown.com.
