Atlanta Christian rapper Lecrae has the #1 album in the country this week on Billboard’s Top 200 chart, a first for him and the label he co-founded, Reach Records. Anomaly sold 88,000 copies in its first week and marks the first time ever that an album has simultaneously reached #1 on the Top 200 and the Gospel Album charts. To celebrate the milestone, Reach Records, headquartered in Atlanta, released a new Lecrae track, “Non-Fiction,” as a gift to fans. On Sept. 18, Lecrae appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and in another milestone, is being called the first Christian rapper to appear on late night television.
