Lady Antebellum Releasing New Music and New Baby

With their current single “Bartender” topping Billboard’s Country Airplay chart, Lady Antebellum are primed to have another smash album on their hands when their fifth studio album 747 is released on Sept. 30th.

Meanwhile, another new song from the group, “I Did With You,” is now available via iTunes. The song comes from the soundtrack to the forthcoming movie The Best of Me, starring James Marsden and Michelle Monaghan as former high school sweethearts reuniting 20 years later at a friend’s funeral. “I Did With You” is one of two new songs Lady A contribute to The Best of Me; the other, “Falling for You,” will also be available on the deluxe edition of 747. The movie’s soundtrack, due to be released Oct. 17th (same day as the film), also features tracks from Georgia artists Thomas Rhett (“The Way Things Go”) and Kip Moore (“Lead Me”).

Finally and perhaps most happily, Lady Antebellum’s Dave Haywood (an Augusta native) and his wife Kelli welcomed their first child, a boy named Cash Van Haywood, on Sept. 7th.
