Jason Aldean will release what he is called his most adventurous album yet on April 13th.
“Growing up in Macon, Georgia, I had a chance to learn about so many different styles of music,” Aldean explains. “Looking back on first playing in bands as a teenager, I was just soaking everything up. A lot of that comes out on this record… where I’ve been, and who I am now.”
“You Make It Easy,” the newly released single from the forthcoming Rearview Town, is indebted to the sounds of hometown heroes Otis Redding and the Allman Brothers Band, and was performed live on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on January 29th and on Today the following morning. In January, the 2018 Georgia Travel Guide was unveiled by Governor Nathan Deal in a program at the State Capitol and Aldean is featured on the cover inside of Macon’s Allman Brothers Band Museum at the Big House. Copies can be ordered for free at exploregeorgia.org.
Aldean’s “High Noon Neon Tour” kicks off May 10th in Kansas City, Missouri. He’ll be at Atlanta’s SunTrust Park on July 21st.
