Gucci Mane doesn’t stay still for long. The Atlanta rapper topped off an especially active 2017 with the release of a new album with an appropriately wintry title. After a series of tweets from Gucci himself pumping up its impending arrival, El Gato: The Human Glacier was unveiled on Friday, December 22nd.
The 11-track collection, which follows October’s Mr. Davis (which made an explosive chart debut at #2 on the Billboard 200) and May’s mixtape DropTopWop, was produced by Atlanta’s Southside and recorded in just two days. It’s Gucci Mane’s first album to feature no featured guests.
