Gucci Mane Releases Brick Factory III Featuring Young Thug, Others

Incarceration hasn’t slowed the slew of albums and mixtapes from Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane, who released yet another new one on Feb. 12th, his 35th birthday.

Like his other releases since being sent to prison after pleading guilty last May to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, Brick Factory III is only available as a digital download. The album features numerous guest appearances by Young Thug, including the singles “Down on That” and “Heart Attack,” not to mention fellow Atlanta rappers Peewee Longway, Wicced, MPA Duke, Bankroll Fresh and Hoodrick Pablo Juan.

The material on this and Mane’s other jailtime downloads was recorded prior to his incarceration, which is expected to end sometime next year. If last year’s flood of material is any indication, don’t be surprised if yet another batch of “new” songs appears in a few months. In fact, two days after Brick Factory III was uploaded, an even newer track, “Make Your Move,” featuring Quavo from Atlanta rap group Migos, hit the web.
