T.I.’s son Domani Harris is following in his dad’s footsteps. Recording and performing simply as Domani, the 16-year-old has released a confident debut mixtape, titled The Constellation.
Out now, the acclaimed album has garnered acclaim from The FADER, which proclaims that “Domani Harris will be on your radar in a big way this year,” and PAPER Magazine, which hailed him as “Atlanta’s Next Big Thing.” The lead single, “Paris,” features Bankroll Mafia member London Jae. Keeping things in the family, Harris’ stepsister Zonnique Pullins also makes an appearance on the track “Last Name (Connecting).”
Says the young rapper of the title of his first mixtape, “I feel like I gotta have all my stars aligned so people can see who I really am, to see me for who I am. I’m getting all the stars aligned so people can see that I’m a true artist. I want people to just enjoy the music and put aside what they expect me to sound like, look like, be like because of my background.”
