Dailey & Vincent’s Landfest Moves to New Home at Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds

After four years taking place in Denton, North Carolina, award-winning bluegrass duo Dailey & Vincent are moving their annual Landfest in the Mountains festival to scenic Hiawassee, Georgia this year.

Taking place September 14-16 at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, the lineup features a top-notch lineup of country, bluegrass and gospel acts, including the Earls of Leicester, the Del McCoury Band, Sierra Hull, Primitive Quartet and Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver, of which Jamie Dailey was a member prior to forming the duet with Darrin Vincent. Of course, Dailey and Vincent will be performing, as well. The festival will also feature The Band of Kelleys from tiny Appling, Georgia (pictured),

We are so very thrilled to be bringing music fans some of the greatest music in the world, in one of the most beautiful places in the world,” says Jamie Dailey. Hilda Thompson, General Manager of the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, adds, “there is a lot of excitement from the community about [this] new event coming to Hiawassee. We have a great venue and beautiful campground to accommodate all the guests! The event is going to bring new customers to Towns County that have no idea where we are located! Looking forward to working with the Dailey & Vincent Landfest for many years!”
