White-hot Atlanta rock ‘n’ rollers Biters have signed a worldwide recording deal with Nottingham, England-born label Earache Records, which also has offices in New York City.
The band, which specializes in high energy, fist-pumping rock anthems, released four independent EPs in the early part of this decade and a single, “Indigo,” last year. Electric Blood will be their debut full-length album, with a release date of July 13th.
“Biters have let a fire under us here at Earache,” the label’s Dan Tobin testifies. “Their brand of rock forces you to take part – it’s so immediate, accessible and exciting that the label had to get involved. Most of all, it’s completely believable – it makes you want to fight for this kind of music to be heard. There is a gang mentality with Biters that is very strong, and we are thrilled to join forces with them.”
