Atlanta Jewish Music Festival Mixes Local and International Talent

The Atlanta Jewish Music Festival holds its 8th annual event March 2nd through 19th, with performances held at various venues throughout the city.

Highlights include the opening night event with trumpeter/composer David Buchbinder’s Klezmer/Cuban jazz project Odessa/Havana (City Winery, March 2), Atlanta musicians collective The Well (City Winery, March 3), a diverse International Night (Eddie’s Attic, March 9), Israeli singer-songwriter Idan Raichel (City Winery, March 17) and a performance of the Beastie Boys’ album Licensed to Ill by the ATL Collective joined by Israeli rap acts Axum, Peled and Sagol 59 (Buckhead Theatre, March 18).
