2 Chainz, through his T.R.U. Foundation, has donated a five-bedroom, three-bathroom house to an 11-member Atlanta family that was facing eviction from a two-bedroom apartment without heat in which they had been living. The rapper said that he learned of the Stenson family’s situation through a GoFundMe campaign created by Atlanta’s Progression Church.
The generous charitable gesture was made possible through the sales of the Atlanta rapper’s “Dabbin’ Santa” Christmas sweaters, which have topped $2 million. The non-profit T.R.U. Foundation was established to bring help to poor families living in Atlanta’s south-side neighborhoods.
