Pretty Girls Like Trap Music, the new album from 2 Chainz, is set to arrive June 16th via Def Jam Recordings, with a nationwide tour to follow, kicking off with a hometown show at Atlanta’s Tabernacle on August 1st.
The album boasts an all-star cast of guests, including Atlanta’s Migos on one track and that group’s member Quavo, along with Gucci Mane, on another. Swae Lee of Rae Sremmurd guests on a cut, while 2 Chainz’ fellow College Park native Monica is featured on the closing track, “Burglar Bars.” Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, Drake, Ty Dolla Sign, Trey Songz, Jhene Aiko and Pharrell also figure prominently on the album.
The 35-date tour will feature 2 Chainz’ now infamous Trap Choir, who joined him and Gucci Mane during their performance of “Good Drank” on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
2 Chainz has also partnered with designer Trouble Andrew (who created the art for Pretty Girls Like Trap Music) to launch a new line of apparel tied to the album. A digital “pop-up” shop will run online from June 8th to June 16th featuring new, exclusive items from the collaboration each day. Visit 2ChainzShop.com for more details.
